Conway Cycle Shop is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in our Conway office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries and maintaining extensive product knowledge.


The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Computer and customer service skills -Computer and excellent customer service skills are essential for this position with on-the-job training available to learn the custom systems of the business, including how to: 
  • Manage inbound customer communications - Take calls from potential and current customers providing information about parts requests and pricing, updates on repairs, scheduling, and sourcing parts for ordering. Positive professional appearance. This is a customer-facing position that requires constant customer interaction.
  • Consult on customer success - Work with technicians and computer software to effectively collaborate with customers from unit drop-off, additional approval, repair statuses, repair completion, and unit pick-up. Tag each machine a customer brings in and help set up a workflow for technicians. Helped customers load and unload machines for drop-off and pickup and helped technicians move units around for storage or to be worked on. (Applicants should be able to regularly push around motorcycles and ATVs.)
  • Maintain working product knowledge - Applicants should be familiar with identifying major parts of top motorcycles and ATV machines.
  • Ordering products - Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts for brands such as Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, KTM, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Ducati, Harley Davidson, etc.
  • Organization - Organize parts for jobs ready to be completed alongside updating inventory for restocked parts in the software system.
  • Preferred skills and occasional responsibilities - Be mechanically inclined and able to help technicians with tire changes, oil changes, and basic repairs.  Applicants with preferred skills have the option to grow these skills on the job for additional pay and opportunities.

     

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with computers


 

About Conway Cycle Shop:

We are a locally owned and operated motorcycle, dirt bike, ATV, and side-by-side repair shop located in Conway, Arkansas.

Conway Cycle Shop's benefits include 5-10 hours per week of overtime (OT) available paid at time and a half, six major holidays paid, paid vacation/sick leave is available after six months. Hours can be somewhat flexible. Working two or more Saturdays (8 a.m.-12 p.m.) per month is required.
