Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Utilize accounting software for financial data management
- Support the Human Resources department with clerical duties related to accounts payable
- Familiarity with tax regulations and working knowledge of Double Entry Bookkeeping

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or related financial roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
