One-Stop Managers must possess a formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in public administration, general business, technical writing or related field; plus three years of experience in managerial capacity in workforce training or a related field; Related or equivalent education or experience may be substituted; applicants must be able to effectively communicate accurately in both oral and written modes; must have computer skills and work with little supervision.

Applicant must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.

Applicant selected to fill the position will be required to submit to a criminal background check, drug and alcohol screening after a conditional offer of employment.
